Ordinance No. 2004-05-01 - An ordinance regulating junked vehicles, and enacting regulations and procedures regarding junked vehicles and providing for the following: findings of fact; popular name; definitions; declaration of public nuisance; complaint and investigation procedures; notice for removal and public hearing; order for removal; duty of owner or occupant of premises; vehicles not to be made operable; notice to Texas Department of Transportation; exemptions; administration of this ordinance; removal of vehicle; sale or disposal of vehicle; enforcement; maximum criminal fine of $200.00 or civil penalty of $100.00 for violation; repeal; severability; effective date; proper notice and meeting.

Ordinance No. 2004-07-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture Adopting the Texas food establishments regulations as they now exist.

Ordinance No. 2004-07-02 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture adopting regulations for the sanitary operations of public swimming pools.

Ordinance No. 2004-08-03 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture ordering a general election to be held in the Village of Point Venture , to elect three council members.

Ordinance No. 2004-09-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture adopting the budget for 2004-2005.

Ordinance No. 2004-09-02 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture levying ad Valorem taxes for 2004-2005.

 Ordinance No. 2004-10-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture declaring unopposed candidates and canceling the election.

Ordinance No. 2004-11-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture providing that building permits shall expire if building is not commenced within ninety days of issuance or of not completed within one year from issuance of building permit.

Ordinance No. 2004-12-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture requiring electricians, plumbers and heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractors be licensed by the state.

Ordinance No. 2004-12-02 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture requiring applicants for building permits to post bond or other financial assurance for the cleanup or repair of streets and infrastructure.

Ordinance No. 2004-12-03 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture establishing a building commission.
