Ordinance No. 2007-01-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 2006-11-12, which authorized the execution of a contract for exclusive solid waste services in the village; requiring all residential and commercial inhabitants of the village to use such services; prohibiting other solid waste providers from providing solid waste service within the village; providing for enforcement, penalties, for non-compliance, a repealer clause; severability clause, and an effective date.

Ordinance No. 2007-02-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 2001-08-01, regarding animal control, providing for an expanded definition of the term “dangerous dogs”, and including the following: repealer, severability, publication, effective date, public notice & meeting.

Ordinance No. 2007-02-03 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 2004-12-03, which established the Village of Point Venture, Texas, Building Commission; establishing a building commission and providing for the duties, appointment, terms, meetings, officers, and removal of commission members; appeals to the village council; providing for the collection or permit fees and enforcement; severability; and effective date.

Ordinance No. 2007- 05-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture, Texas, adopting regulations for the construction and placement of outbuildings within the village; providing for permits, enforcement, appeals, and penalties; providing a repealer; a severability clause; and an effective date.

Ordinance No. 2007- 06-01 - An ordinance of the Village of Point Venture, Texas, replacing Ordinance No. 2002-11-02, adopted November 4, 2002; establishing traffic regulations for the Village; providing for the following: findings of fact; a purpose; definitions; establishing a speed limit in the Village; traffic control devices; prohibitions on interference with traffic control devices and the display of unauthorized signs, signals or markings;  prohibition against on-street and unimproved right of way parking; exceptions; an effective date; enforcement clause including injunctive relief and a fine not to exceed $500; severability; and proper notice and a meeting.
