Regular council meetings are held the first Monday evening of each month at 6:30pm in the Venture Room at the PVPOA office complex.

If the first Monday falls on a holiday, then the meeting will be held on Tuesday.  Agenda for the meetings are posted at the outside bulletin board at the PVPOA office at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

When possible, the agenda may also be found posted on this web site.

Note -- the minutes posted on this site are not to be construed as "official".  The official certified minutes may be viewed at the village office.  A copy may be obtained for a nominal fee upon written request.
