Village of Point Venture

It is the responsibility of every resident in the Village of Point Venture to be aware of laws passed by the Village Council. 

Copies of these ordinances are available in Village Hall for your review or for a minimal fee the ordinances can be copied for you to take from the office.

ORDINANCE NO. 2008-02-01 -- AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF POINT VENTURE, TEXAS , PROVIDING FOR THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY; PROVIDING FOR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH ABANDONMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR  SEVERABILITY, AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROPER NOTICE.
